Since 2012, Beaver Properties has completed the Mak Mandin Industrial Factories in Seberang Prai (2012), Taman Makmur Industrial Factories in Lunas, Kulim (2015), Kampung Benggali Showrooms in Butterworth (2019), Smart-Tech City Kulim Industrial Park Phase 1 (2020), Smart-Tech City Kulim Industrial Park Phase 2 (2023), and the Kulim Centralised Labour Quarters Phase 1 (2024). The group is now developing the Beaver Mid-Town Kulim project, a mixed-development scheme in downtown Kulim.
Beaver Midtown Kulim marks Beaver Properties’ maiden foray into an expansive integrated project. This ambitious project features a four-star hotel, a Purpose-Built Office (PBO), three drive-through establishments, forty semi-detached commercial units, and a nearly one-acre central green park. It is one of the most significant ventures within Kulim Hi-Tech Park in recent years.
