As group advisor, Teoh’s influence extends to various notable projects, including the Cherok To’Kun Jaya Industrial Park in Alma, Penang, the DTI Industrial Park in Chemoh, Perak, The Arena, Byn Lepas, Penang, The Jazz Tg Tokong, Penang and the Holiday Resort in Hua Hin, Thailand. His notable initiatives include charity dinners for the Governor’s Fund of Penang (TYT Tabung) and the Penang Football Association (FAP).
